About the Role 

The Underground Shift Supervisor is responsible to safely deliver plan, performance and quality across our project. This role requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of underground mining processes, with a commitment to safety.

• Location: Goldfields region, WA
• Roster: 7:7 (alternate Days and Nights) OR 14:14 (Days and Nights)

Responsibilities

• Lead daily performance: safety, plan compliance, cost and quality
• Set clear expectations: guide, develop and recognise your team
• Own schedules, resources and interfaces with contractors/suppliers
• Drive reliability and continuous improvement
• Foster a speak-up culture where everyone is respected

What You’ll Bring 

• Demonstrated experience in an Underground Shift Supervisors role.
• Be able to monitor your crews’ competencies and training requirements.
• Leadership and supervisory experience in large teams.
• WA Statutory Supervisor (S26) Certificate (Essential).
• Valid manual C Class Australian Drivers Licence (Essential).
• Shotfirers Licence, Dangerous Good Security Card and Senior First Aid Certificate (Essential).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
• Detailed knowledge of underground mining and safety regulations.
