The Role
Tritton Copper Operations is recruiting underground truck drivers to join a dedicated underground operations team. This is an ideal opportunity to forge a long and successful mining career. Reporting to the underground shift supervisor, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery in a safe and efficient manner.

The position of truck driver is classified as a residential role, with employees required to be based in Nyngan, NSW or the surrounding region. Employees in the role of truck driver are paid a residential allowance of $15,000 per annum and do not receive meal and camp provisions.
During the initial training period, truck drivers will work a 5:2 roster (approx. 12 weeks) before moving to 7:7 Day & Night roster.
Interview Process
Aeris Resources will schedule a phone interview with applicants and if successful you will be invited for an online interview with the site operations team. To be successful for this role, you will be required to attend an underground experience on-site.

Tritton Copper Operations employs more than 400 people and is located in Hermidale in Western New South Wales. Tritton has two underground copper mines (Tritton and Murrawombie) and currently has an 8-year mine life meaning a stable and prosperous future.
Tritton is a key employer within the region and a proud supporter of the community. We are a residential mine that allows you to be home each night to in Nyngan. Nyngan is a family friendly community, with a variety of shops, gyms, and sporting activities as well as primary and high schools.

The successful applicants will possess:
- Minimum Open Drivers Licence
- HR license with 12 months experience in heavy industry is desirable
- Demonstrated application of safe working procedures and inspection.
- Ability to work within a small operational team.
- Experience with Sandvik TH663 or Cat AD 55B will be highly regarded
- 7/7 Day & Night Roster
- 6 weeks annual leave – work only 23 weeks of the year
- $79,540 base salary
- $15,000 net Residential Allowance
- Superannuation contributions of 10.5% paid to your chosen superannuation fund
- Up to 10% bonus – paid quarterly
