Vacation Program 23-24 Expressions of Interest

Silver Lake's annual summer Vacation program enables students to obtain industry experience from passionate and enthusiastic professionals in a small mine environment, where you get great exposure to a wide variety of tasks and situations. 

Expressions of interest are now open for students to join us at one of our Western Australian operations for the Summer 2023-24 vacation period in the following areas:

• Mining Engineering
• Geology
• Metallurgy
• Surveying
• Environmental Science

Whether you are looking to expand on your existing practical experience or you have never worked on a mine before, this offers the perfect opportunity to get a feel for the career direction you want to go in after you graduate.

With a supportive and friendly team, you will make valuable industry contacts to take throughout your career. 

These paid positions will commence around November / December 2023 and conclude in February 2024, with roster flexibility to maximise your experience over this time. You must have a manual driver's licence and the right to work in Australia to be considered for these roles.
