About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic Warehouse Administrators to join the team based at the BHP Central Warehouse located in Mackay. 

In this diverse role your key duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist in the management of numerous site email inboxes
  • Create purchase requisitions, purchase order resolution, invoice reconciliation, system transfers, goods receipting and stock investigations
  • General administrative tasks such as assist in problem solving sessions with relevant stakeholders
  • Provide administrative support to the Coal Leadership Team as required

This position is being offered as a 12 month fixed term contract.

Experience in warehousing would be beneficial but is not essential we are seeking candidates with the following:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills 
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
  • High level of computer literacy with MS Excel
  • Knowledge of the SAP system would be advantageous
