Are you a hands-on operator who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing environment? Emeco is on the hunt for an experienced Warehouse Operator to join our Mackay Distribution Centre.

This is your chance to step into a permanent full-time role within a team that values precision, safety, and strong collaboration. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll play a critical part in keeping our operations moving smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Accurate stock control, reconciliation, and data entry
• Pick, pack, receive, and dispatch orders with precision
• Conduct quality checks and maintain accurate inventory records
• Receive and inspect inbound stock
• Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with safety and hygiene standards
• Follow all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation and contribute to regular safety inspections

What We’re Looking For:

• Unrestricted rights to work in Australia – no sponsorship available
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence – mandatory
• High Risk Work Licence – Forklift mandatory
• Intermediate forklift operating skills with both high reach and counterbalance.
• Storage and loading safety knowledge.
• Solid warehousing/logistics experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of warehouse equipment, systems, and processes
• Confident using warehouse software and databases
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently
• Safety-first mindset with a proactive approach to housekeeping
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screen, and provide/obtain a National Police Check

Highly desirable:

• Certificate III in Warehousing and Logistics
• MR/HR Truck Licence
• Experience with mining equipment and industry knowledge
