About the Role

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be a part of a dynamic and motivated team. The role will require you to:

• Manage and control the physical issue of parts required for customers principally maintenance.
• Receive and dispatch goods in a timely and efficient manner. 
• Manage returns of stock items surplus to completed work order requirements. 
• Pre plan/pick jobs for maintenance weekly planned work.
• Maintain auditable and legible documentation. 
• Maintain high housekeeping standards across all warehouse holding locations. 
• Conduct regular stocktakes

Roster:

• Flexible roster available; Monday-Friday (42 hours), continuous 4 days on 4 off, 12 hours per day (ave 42 hours) or job share working an average 21 hour per week, either Mon-Fri 10.5 hours or half of the continuous 4 on 4 off 12 hours per day shifts

Skills and Experience

• Prior warehousing experience
• Awareness of risks and ability to identify and rectify hazards
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Flexibility to work as part of a small team
• Current manual drivers licence
• High risk forklift ticket (preferred)
• Prior ERP experience (SAP preferred)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good computer literacy
