Work Management Specialist
Work Location: Various FMG mine sites
Roster: 8D/6R or 4D/3R – FIFO ex Perth
Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct classroom/ one on one/ teams training for all work management process including Planner Fundamentals & Supervisor planner fundamentals courses.
- Ensure the processes and systems necessary to achieve effective and efficient asset management are robustly and comprehensively implemented.
- Conduct internal monitoring processes of compliance to the AM system at the site.
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining management processes and systems for regular audits on the asset management system.
- Perform Internal and external audits which will identify performance gaps and opportunities.
Education and Experience:
- Demonstrated coaching and mentoring experience in work management process support
- SAP maintenance planner experience
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Asset management systems/CMMS experience
