Force Equipment have a vacancy for a local Workshop and Operations Coordinator to join us in the ongoing maintenance of our heavy earthmoving fleet. We are proud of the team we have built in our Kalgoorlie workshop...

The Role Responsibilities:

Manage workshop in line with approved budget

  • Preparing/Submitting Quotes
  • Ensure work is executed as per Quotes.
  • Controlling all variations that arise from each job and have them submitted to our clients in a timely fashion
  • Control the profit and loss of every job
  • Find avenues to increase our margins without sacrificing quality
  • Time consciously complete and submit invoices 
  • Liaise with our clients to follow up PO’s
  • Take ownership and accountability

What you’ll need:

  • Must be trade qualified relevant to the mining and maintenance sector (Cert III in Mobile Plant Technology) 
  • Must have worked in management roles or senior maintenance positions previously – Minimum 2 years
  • Ability to create accurate estimates of work in line with customer provided scopes, across a wide range of open pit and underground mining equipment
  • Able to deliver work execution of customer projects in line with approved scope and budget 
  • Hold a valid Australian "C Class" drivers’ licence.
  • Significant post-trade experience with heavy earth moving equipment Force Equipment - are Australia's largest non-OEM maintenance and component rebuild service provider for heavy earthmoving equipment.
