Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage workshop in line with approved budget
  • Manage work in progress (WIP) in line with execution expectations
  • Develop and maintain internal and external relationships
  • Manage employee health and safety to the highest Force workshop standards
  • Strategic focus on customer growth in the region

About you:

  • Sound understanding of budgets and managing P&L
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Track record in building strong teams and relationships
  • High focus on customer service
  • Apply high standards of work execution to achieve customer focused outcomes
  • Must be trade qualified relevant to the mining and maintenance sector
  • Must have worked in management roles or senior maintenance positions previously – Minimum 2 years
  • Hold a valid Australian "C Class" drivers’ licence
  • Significant post-trade experience with heavy earth moving equipment (minimum 2 years)
