About the role:

Reporting to the HSEC Training Manager on site, you will work as part of a close, site-based site management team.  Your primary duties will see you:

• Management of controlled documents in Pegasus, SharePoint and INX;
• Data Entry into INX, Pegasus  including Incident reporting, Action plans and Risk Assessments
• Management of the Mine Record;
• Maintaining personnel site compliances (Coal Board Medicals, Standard 11, Site Inductions);
• Daily and Monthly reporting to the Client;
• Assisting HSEC Coordinators in the management of sick leave, injury management and return to work;
• Inductions and Visitor Passes.

Minimum skills and experience required:

• Strong time management and attention to detail essential;
• Demonstrated site-based experience highly desirable;
• Prior site compliance management preferred;
• Ability to problem solve, identify concerns and escalate in a timely manner;
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and expectations;
• A proactive and positive attitude;
• Business Administration Certificate (Advantageous);
• Coal Board Medical and Standard 11 Statement of Attainment desirable;
• Valid Driver’s Licence.
