About the role:
Reporting to the HSEC Training Manager on site, you will work as part of a close, site-based site management team. Your primary duties will see you:
- Management of controlled documents in Pegasus, SharePoint and INX;
- Data Entry into INX, Pegasus including Incident reporting, Action plans and Risk Assessments
- Management of the Mine Record;
- Maintaining personnel site compliances (Coal Board Medicals, Standard 11, Site Inductions);
- Daily and Monthly reporting to the Client;
- Assisting HSEC Coordinators in the management of sick leave, injury management and return to work;
- Inductions and Visitor Passes.

Minimum skills and experience required:

- Strong time management and attention to detail essential;
- Demonstrated site-based experience highly desirable;
- Prior site compliance management preferred;
- Ability to problem solve, identify concerns and escalate in a timely manner;
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and expectations;
- A proactive and positive attitude;
- Business Administration Certificate (Advantageous);
- Coal Board Medical and Standard 11 Statement of Attainment desirable;
- Valid Driver’s Licence.
