About the opportunity
Mastermyne's long term project is seeking a Site Administrator to join the team. This project is based in the Moranbah region, is a flagship project for Mastermyne and well known for living out the behaviours that reflect our culture - The Mastermyne Way.

Many of our supervisors, coordinators and projects across our business started their underground careers working under the strong and supportive leadership of our project manager and now continue to "grow our own" on their own projects.
The role
Reporting to our Project Manager, you will work as part of a close, site-based project management team. You will be responsible for providing administrative support across a diverse range of tasks, including:
- Accounts receivable & debtor management
- Invoicing
- Payroll functions including processing site timesheets
- Accommodation bookings
- Providing administrative support to the project management team and other duties as requested.

- Strong finance administration experience
- Ability to problem solve, identify concerns and escalate in a timely manner
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and expectations
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Business Administration Certificate (Advantageous)
- Coal Board Medical and Standard 11 Statement of Attainment desirable
- Valid Driver’s Licence
