About the opportunity:

Our Mastermyne team plays a critical role in partnering with our Clients to achieve safety and production targets across a range of projects throughout the Hunter Region in NSW. Our Managers and Supervisors on these sites specialise in managing ventilation, secondary support and development tasks to the highest of standards and expectations - The Mastermyne Way.

We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Site Administrator with the same drive and motivation, willing to play an important and integral role in providing high level administration support for our Integra Ventilation Installation & Support project.

About the role:

Reporting to our NSW Regional Operations Manager, and working as part of a close-knit site-based project management team, you will be responsible for:

  • Accounts receivable, debtor management, invoicing
  • Accommodation bookings
  • Payroll and processing site timesheets
  • Some training and compliance administration as required
  • Providing other administrative support to the team across other projects as required

Site Administrator applicants will have;

  • Finance administration experience
  • Prior site-based administration experience desirable
  • Strong Microsoft Excel & accounting software skills
  • Ability to problem solve, identify concerns and escalate in a timely manner
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and expectations
  • A proactive and positive attitude
  • Order 43 medical desirable
  • Valid & current drivers licence
  • Right to work in Australia (Birth Certificate, Passport, Citizenship Certificate)
