About the Opportunity:

Mastermyne’s mobilising a new development contract at Grosvenor due to kick off in early 2023. With over 100 + experienced development personnel to mobilise it is critical we have the right team on the ground to support our project and operations team.

About the role:

Reporting to the Project Manager on site, you will work as part of a close, site-based site management team.  Your primary duties will see you:

  • Management of controlled documents in Sharepoint and INX;
  • Maintaining personnel site compliances (Coal Board Medicals, Standard 11, Site Inductions);
  • Daily and time-sensitive reporting to the Client (Safety Stats, COVID-19);
  • Assisting HSEC Coordinators in the management of sick leave, injury management and return to work;
  • Inductions and Visitor Passes;
  • Assistance with Risk Assessments and Incident Investigations where required.

In addition, you will support our current Site Administrator across a diverse range of tasks, including: accounts receivable, debtor management, payroll functions, accommodation bookings, invoicing and processing site timesheets.

For your application to stand out you will have a diverse skillset to complete the variety of tasks required. You will be a team player, with an 'all hands-on deck' attitude. For you, no task is too big or too small. Once on site, you will play an essential role in critical pre-development work to return the mine to operation. Our workforce is expected to identify and control critical risks, challenge their peers to a high standard, whilst delivering work that meets mine site and industry requirements.

Minimum skills and experience required:

Quality, respect, mateship and family hold true in our business and we only seek Site Administrators aligned with these same values. Technical requirements we are seeking include:

  • Strong time management and attention to detail essential;
  • Demonstrated site-based experience highly desirable;
  • Prior site compliance management preferred;
  • Finance administration experience desirable;
  • Ability to problem solve, identify concerns and escalate in a timely manner;
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and expectations;
  • A proactive and positive attitude;
  • Business Administration Certificate (Advantageous);
  • Coal Board Medical and Standard 11 Statement of Attainment desirable;
  • Valid Driver’s Licence
