About us:
MyneSight is experiencing significant growth and is seeking qualified Trainer Assessors with experience conducting training and assessment within a Registered Training Organisation or as a crew trainer on a mine site.
These roles will be responsible for facilitating inductions, delivering equipment training, conducting assessments, RPLs and reassessments as well as Nationally Recognised Training (if suitably qualified).
To apply for these roles, you must hold a current full or partial TAE qualification, with additional qualifications in one or more of the following areas highly regarded:
- High Risk Work Licence – forklift, dogging, rigging, EWP, crane
- First Aid
- Confined Space
- Working at Heights
- Lifting & Loads
- Risk Management
- Leadership & Supervision
- Mechanical – hydraulics, flameproof diesel engine systems
- Electrical – EEHA
- Certificate IV UG coal mining
These roles will be based on site working at Narrabri Mine on a 7/7 roster with access to camp accommodation and meals. There is a chartered flight available from Wollongong travelling from this location.
About you:
To be considered for this role, you will:
- Be an experienced underground coal mine worker
- Have strong communication, presentation and time management skills
- Be self-motivated and reliable
- Have evidence of mining equipment authorisations/appointments
- Partial Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (mandatory)
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment TAE40116 (desired but not essential)
- Have proven experience as a crew trainer or training facilitation
