About the Opportunities:
Mastermyne is seeking Expressions of Interest from highly skilled Underground Project Managers and Coordinators for upcoming opportunities across our long-term, established projects in the Moranbah and Middlemount regions.
Exceptional technical skills (or a specialisation) in Conveyor, Ventilation and Outbye is essential to be successful in these roles. We’re seeking Underground Leaders who’ve achieved operational ownership of health and safety, hold commercial and contract management expertise, maintain stakeholder relations and have lead by example in developing work teams skills and capability.

- Project Manager
- Ventilation Coordinators
- Electrical Coordinators - Conveyors
- Mechanical Coordinators - Conveyors
About You:
For your application to stand out you will have a strong work ethic and willingness to walk the talk as a leader and who is willing to roll up your sleeves, to get the job done safely. We seek leaders that want to work hard to maintain the quality standards we have set and that want to keep challenging each other and their crews to exceed expectations.
Minimum Skills and Experience:
- Evidence of proven success in similar supervisory/management roles;
- Experience in implementing safety management system initiatives;
- Excellent communication and team building skills;
- Outstanding leadership and people management skills;
- Developed planning, budgeting and reporting skills;
- Proven ability to form strong working relationships with key clients, suppliers and other industry contacts.
